Law of obligations and contract law
Our law Office has extensive experience with contract agenda in the area of commercial and civil law. In view of the dynamic development of trade relations in the present economic environment we put stress on a flexible and exhaustive regulation of obligations, while maintaining reasonable legal protection of the interests of our clients. Our work consists not only in the preparation of the draft contract documents, but to a large extent also comprises the preparatory stages of the process of production of contract documents, where we propose the most suitable scenario of implementation of a transaction according to the client´s needs, and subsequently prepare the required contract instruments.

Intangible assets constitute extraordinary values within the framework of implementation of the business activities of our clients; therefore we devote special attention to their legal protection. In light of this fact we are prepared to provide to our clients legal advice in the preparation of information searches, including IPR audits, preparation of applications, representation in administrative, registration and other proceedings before the Industrial Property Office of the Slovak Republic, preparation of analyses, drafting of contract documents, and representation in litigation in the area of intellectual property rights.
International and European law
In view of the extensive international integration of countries and the need for observance and knowledge of the resulting rules, our law office provides comprehensive legal services with regard to EU law as well as other international regulations. In these processes it particularly conducted due diligence, in the framework of which it performed for investors legal audits of the situation of selected companies or defined legal relations. Management and recovery of claims
In the framework of legal services we also offer the professional legal management of claims, which we undertake for several Slovak banks, insurance companies, corporations and other entities.
